Jonathan is passionate about building a more sustainable future for meat. He completed his MBA at Loyola University, where he was encouraged to build and pitch a sustainable business idea. After placing in the Abrams Sustainable Business Challenge, Jonathan created Fusion Foods to bring to life his vision of cutting our meat consumption in half.
Jonathan has always been passionate about spreading joy through delicious food, and Fusion Foods isn't his first food venture. As a middle schooler in Tucson, AZ, Jonathan dehydrated and sold his own beef jerky. And as a young professional in Beijing, China, Jonathan blended and bottled his own pesto sauce, which was in high demand for his customers at the Italian embassy.
